Business Development Manager

The successful candidate will oversee a workforce of 50 to 80 employees, ensuring optimal productivity and performance. This includes scheduling shifts and planning manpower effectively to meet operational demands, as well as handling disciplinary procedures in line with company policies.
Operational Oversight:
Manage and improve the product quality process, ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations. Oversee the management and maintenance of the Food Safety System (FSSC22000).
Client Liaison:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction. Conduct non-conformance investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Perform risk assessments to mitigate potential operational and safety hazards.
Requirements:
A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role is required. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, particularly in the food packaging industry, is highly advantageous. Proven experience in managing teams of 50 staff members is essential. Hands-on experience with food safety systems, specifically FSSC22000, is also necessary. Additionally, proficiency in manpower planning, scheduling, and disciplinary procedures is required. Familiarity with OHS regulations and practices is a must.
