Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Legal to effectively manage the legal function
  • Oversee legal compliance, working closely with legal advisors to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Support the Head of Legal in reporting on legal matters
  • Foster long-term relationships with stakeholders, prioritizing quality and trust
  • Deliver exceptional results that meet stakeholder expectations
  • Develop commercial contracts and provide interpretative guidance on legislation
  • Offer IP support as part of the Legal Team's collaboration
  • Lead people and talent management for legal advisors and administrators
  • Promote customer service and TCF principles
  • Maintain strong relationships with assigned Business Units, understanding their needs and serving as a liaison for all legal requirements
  • Assist the Head of Legal in maintaining an efficient contract management system
  • Contribute to the development of the team's legal strategy
  • Provide technical training on legal topics to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Compliance Team on relevant legal inquiries
