Job Overview
At iMasFinance Co-operative, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Career Development Coordinator. This position is responsible for assisting with the administration of employee training and skills development interventions, as well as maintaining training records.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with communication of training schedules to relevant parties, including in-house training, induction, wellness, systems, and work process training.
• Book and register employees for training, ensuring timely completion of sessions.
• Coordinate with external training providers regarding training programs, fostering positive relationships with key stakeholders.
• Administer learnership programs, including recruitment and appointment of learners and interns, and capture study bursary agreements.
• Compile monthly training reports, providing insightful analysis on program effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate employee training records, including capturing and updating Workplace Skills Plans and Reports.
• Collaborate with internal facilitators and external training providers to establish and maintain good relationships with internal business departments.

Requirements:
Matric – Essential/Minimum
Diploma in Human Resources Development or related qualification – Essential/Minimum
Degree Human Resources Development or related qualification – Advantage
Computer Literacy: MS Office Suite – Essential/Minimum
Valid drivers license (Code 8) – Advantage

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Legislative requirements knowledge, understanding of training and development methods and techniques, influencing, networking, training, communication, administration support skills, report writing, personal and interpersonal management skills.

Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this position is R220,000 - R280,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
