As a Product Introduction Manager, you will play a critical role in introducing new products and processes while driving continuous improvement.
- New Product Introduction: Lead the development of new products and processes, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and conducting risk assessments (PFMEA).
- Process Design Accuracy: Ensure process flows and control plans are robust and meet technical standards.
- Engineering Change Management: Monitor and action Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) to ensure timely implementation.
- Documentation & Training: Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documents, and facilitate relevant training.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for cost reduction, product rationalization, and enhanced SHE compliance.
