Main Responsibilities

  • Support the Engineering team in maintaining optimal pump performance.
  • Maintain and repair pumps, delivery pipes, and other equipment.
  • Conduct routine checks on pumps and report any issues promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Grade 11 or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong technical knowledge of pumps and related equipment.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a mining environment and knowledge of underground water pumps are advantageous.
  • South African Citizenship and a clear Criminal Record are mandatory.
