CNC Setter/Operator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Setter/Operator to join our team at Pronto Labour Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting and operating CNC lathe and CNC machining centers
  • Machining of different hydraulic components according to drawing specs
  • De-burring of all manufactured parts
  • Maintenance of machines and equipment
  • Assisting the factory manager in the machine workshop
  • Drill sharpening by machine
  • De-burring by hand and/or by grinding and/or portable power tools
  • Operating milling machine
Requirements:
  • Matric, N3 or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 4 years' working experience in a manufacturing industry
  • Basic course in CNC milling & turning
  • Able to measure accurately with precision measuring instruments
