Game Ranger and Lodge Manager Couple Wanted

Key Responsibilities:
- Host and manage guests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service.
- Lead daily game drives and bush walks, providing an exceptional experience for guests.
- Maintain the lodge's gardens, property, and equipment, upholding the highest standards.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a Game Ranger or guest hosting/management role in a lodge environment.
- FGASA level 2 (NQ4) or Professional NDT Registered.
- Valid Driver's License and PrDP, with off-road driving experience in 4x4 vehicles.
- First Aid Certificate and rifle accreditations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Lodge Manager Responsibilities:
- Coordinate guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring seamless operations.
- Develop and implement effective administrative strategies to manage staff, finances, and guest experiences.
- Oversee the maintenance of high standards in all aspects of lodge management, including HR, Admin, Finance, and Guest Experience.
- Collaborate with the Game Ranger to ensure a cohesive and exceptional guest experience.
Lodge Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years of management experience in a 5-star lodge environment.
- Hospitality Management Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
