The role requires the ability to coordinate the necessary designers, studio, creative/art directors, and freelancers to deliver high-quality projects on time. A full production function, including opening job bags, loading onto the system, chasing cost estimates, samples, and pulls of jobs, is essential.

Suitable candidates should possess excellent administrative skills, a great understanding of print production, e.g., digital, litho, and web, as well as point-of-sale experience for FMCG retail environments. Self-motivation, politeness, courtesy, and strong attention to detail are also key attributes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage job bags and load onto the system.
  • Coordinate designers, studio, creative/art directors, and freelancers.
  • Full production function, including opening job bags and loading onto the system.
  • Chase cost estimates, samples, and pulls of jobs.
  • Organize photographers and photo shoots.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
