The role of the Safety and Quality Manager involves developing and implementing strategies for managing risks, promoting workplace health and safety, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. In order to achieve these goals, effective communication and collaboration with other departments, including operations management and HR, will be essential.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies for managing risks, promoting workplace health and safety, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Play a key role in driving continuous improvement processes across the organization, focusing on areas such as quality management, environmental sustainability, and employee well-being.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven work experience in a similar role, preferably within a large logistics company.
  • Degree in a relevant field, such as occupational health and safety or environmental science.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
