Job Overview

As a Financial Advisor Assistant, you will provide technical and administrative support to our financial planners and senior management team. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the preparation of financial plans, risk analysis, and recommendations to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of financial plans, risk analysis, and recommendations to clients.
  • Manage client portfolios, including monitoring and analyzing performance.
  • Collate and maintain client records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Execute investment instructions and process client payments.
  • Prepare and present client proposals to advisors and wealth managers.
Requirements
  • Matric Certificate.
  • Certificate/diploma in wealth management or relevant investment/financial degree.
  • At least 3-5 years of work experience in a financial/investment environment.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience working with Elite Wealth financial planning software.
  • Experience working with the NinetyOne investment platform.
