About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Azure Data Engineer to join our team at Dimension Data. As a key member of our data engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying data pipelines across our Data Lake and into Synapse.

Your expertise in PowerBI data sets and data flows will enable you to develop curated data sets for consumption by data scientists and BI specialists. You will work closely with our data scientists and BI specialists to ensure that our data solutions meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy data pipelines across the Data Lake and into Synapse
  • Design and develop PowerBI data sets and data flows
  • Develop curated data sets for consumption by data scientists and BI specialists
  • Work closely with data scientists and BI specialists to ensure data solutions meet business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data solutions are aligned with business objectives
