Senior Millwright Fabricator

The estimated annual salary for this position is R600,000 - R800,000.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Millwright Fabricator to join our team at Sharon Nurrock Recruitment CC. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex projects and develop your skills in fabrication, electrical maintenance, and project management.

This Senior Millwright Fabricator position requires a strong background in millwright trade practices, with experience in designing and constructing Single/Three Phase circuits, installing electrical wire ways, and troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers. You will be responsible for planning and executing maintenance and repair work, generating job requisitions, and recording all Scheduled Maintenance to the Maintenance Connection system.

You will also be involved in fabricating materials using oxy-fuel gas cutting process, welding workpieces, and removing metals using oxy-fuel and air-carbon arc gouging processes. Additionally, you will contribute to project initiation, scope definition, and scope change control, participate in continuous improvement drives, and manage engineering projects from start to finish.

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field;
• At least 5 years of experience in heavy industry as a millwright;
• Red Seal Millwright Trade Test Section 13;
• N4 Electro-Mechanical Certificate, Siemens PLC;
