Contract Lawyer

We are seeking a skilled Contract Lawyer to join our team at Zeal HR. The successful candidate will provide legal support to various divisions within the company.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Providing general legal support to the different divisions of the company: Finance & Management Support / Management Program / FCA's / Professional Services.
• Drafting of legal documentation, including contract templates, default notices, PSP appointment letters etc.
• Vetting and compliance: All legal documentation drafted on behalf of third-party funders.
• Monitoring ongoing litigation and disputes, vetting court documentation where applicable.
• Liaising with employers and/or Consultants on legal matters on behalf of the company and/or clients.
• Attending to registration of securities and signing of irrevocable payment undertakings and perfecting of securities.
• Attending to legal correspondence with all relevant stakeholders, including employers, clients, and third parties.
• Assisting with special tasks on an ad hoc basis.

The ideal candidate will have a Paralegal Diploma / Law Degree and relevant experience in either private practice or in-house legal division. Previous exposure to the built environment will be advantageous.
