Flexicruit Limited is a UK-based recruitment partner for SMEs, and we're seeking an experienced Headhunting Expert to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in the client and candidate side of the recruitment process.

Key responsibilities include conducting vacancy briefs, tailoring search processes, drafting job adverts, sourcing passive candidates, screening and pre-interviewing candidates, and liaising with clients on a daily basis.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience as a recruitment consultant, be confident with Boolean searching, have excellent communication skills, and a high standard of English proficiency.

A competitive salary of R25,000 + uncapped commission (OTE R60,000+) is offered, along with fully remote work opportunities and autonomy over client and candidate relationships.
