Main Responsibilities

- Manage financial statements, ensuring compliance with Roche Group Accounting standards, local accounting standards, and tax/customs regulations.">
- Evaluate performance and provide financial insights based on commercial KPIs to support decision-making.">
- Act as a key contact for the Roche Services and Solutions organization (RSS), linking local Commercial and RSS operations.">
- Allocate costs and prepare cost center journals.">
- Work towards improving Net Operating Assets (NOA).">
- Develop, update, and manage finance-related policies, procedures, and systems.">
- Manage operational procurement activities.">
- Act as a key stakeholder in BBBEE strategic decisions and oversee the audit process.">
Key Skills and Qualifications

- Degree in economics or finance.">
- 5+ years of professional experience in local, regional, or global Finance or Controlling roles.">
