Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Junior Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Communicate Recruitment. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for assisting with the execution, implementation, and monitoring of all quality procedures and requests contained within our Quality Management Manual.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development and implementation of quality procedures and protocols
  • Conduct file reviews and process audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Manage the retention and assembly of engagement files, including the compilation of the IRBA fee declaration
  • Coordinate client acceptance procedures and perform ISQM monitoring procedures
  • Attend regular quality meetings and provide updates on quality-related matters
  • Assist with technical queries and provide support to partners and managers
  • Identify areas for training and development based on quality reviews and provide training to staff
  • Assist with the development of audit software and standard working papers
  • Facilitate file and firm reviews, including network and IRBA reviews
  • Assist with quality reporting and provide insights to management

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of ISQM 1 & 2 and the IRBA Code
  • Expert knowledge of the ISAs and IFRS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Impeccable attention to detail and deadline-driven
  • CA(SA) qualification is non-negotiable
