Project Finance Administrator - CBD, Cape Town

We are seeking a highly organized and numerically inclined individual to join our dynamic team as a Project Finance Administrator in our CBD, Cape Town office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting multiple project functions, including contract management, financial administration, financial proposal development, project reporting, and document management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate project budgets and financial proposals for tender submission
  • Manage project finances, tracking expenditure against budgets and forecasting cashflow
  • Prepare financial reports, including project profitability and client invoicing
  • Ensure debtor control and due diligence of sub-contractors
  • Manage contract preparation and ensure obligations are adhered to
  • Maintain project governance, ensuring all documentation is filed and accessible

Requirements:

  • Finance or Accounting or Project Finance related Degree is highly advantageous
  • Matric is essential
  • 3-4 Years relevant project and financial administration experience gained within a consulting / project management environment
  • Solid and proven MS Excel skills and experience gained
