Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Staff Solutions Recruitment. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for providing financial expertise and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business decision-making.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Review and manage financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Financial Systems and Controls: Implement and maintain financial systems and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial analysis.
  • Skills: Proficient in financial software, including Xero, Sage, and Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
