Job Overview:This key role will oversee both the marketing strategy and administrative functions of our organization.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of marketing expertise and administrative acumen to drive our company's growth and operational efficiency.
In this role, your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals and enhance brand visibility.
- Oversight of brand positioning, messaging, and consistency across all marketing channels and communication materials.
- Leadership of digital marketing initiatives including website management, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
- Drive content strategy and development for various marketing materials including website content, blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive insights, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Plan, execute, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking of expenses.
- Oversight of administrative functions including office management, procurement, vendor management, and facilities maintenance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency within the marketing and administrative functions.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the directors, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing documents and presentations, and handling correspondence.
