Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum qualification of a relevant tertiary qualification in IT or business-related fields.
  • At least 5 years' experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 or AX) in a similar role, including ERP system design/implementation, SDLC, business analysis, and systems architecture.
  • Experience in developing certain changes/new functionality related to Dynamics 365 and Power Apps.
  • Good planning and organizing skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving abilities.

You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural disposition to serving customers. A high level of integrity, ethical standards, morals, and values is also essential.
