About the role:
- As a Telehealth Psychiatric Specialist, you will provide individual psychiatric care via telehealth in an outpatient setting.
- You will work collaboratively with patients to develop personalized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and prescribe medications as necessary.
- Your primary goal will be to ensure that all patient care is delivered in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- We prioritize autonomy and flexibility, allowing you to practice in the best interest of your patients without administrative interference.
- Our team approach enables collaboration with multiple therapists, with regular meetings to discuss cases and clinical topics.
- Clinical work is performed from home, with flexible scheduling options, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Clinical conferences are held regularly, with attendance required for new hires and reduced frequency thereafter.
Requirements:
- Must have a PMHNP license and be open to licensing in alternative states.
- Prior experience as a PMHNP is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse healthcare professionals.
- Solid computer and basic technology skills.
- Strong background in psychiatry, diagnosis, and psychopharmacological treatments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
