Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced ERP System Administrator to manage and maintain our company's business enterprise systems.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and triage internal IT support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and escalation to vendors or internal IT support as needed.
  • Implement and test new system configurations and integrations.
  • Support data extractions from various systems for reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with finance and other teams to ensure accurate system data for budgeting and forecasting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field.
  • Relevant work experience in ERP support or IT service management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sage, or other business enterprise systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly within the Microsoft Azure environment.
