Hire Resolve is currently recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technologist to lead architectural projects. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who can oversee projects from start to finish and collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage architectural projects
  • Collaborate with clients and professionals
  • Create detailed drawings and illustrations using Revit
  • Prepare council submission documents
  • Produce detailed working drawings
  • Attend site meetings and conduct quality control inspections
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's (Honors) or NQF 7 or 8 qualification in Architecture
  • 10-15 years of experience post-graduate
  • Registered with SACAP
  • Proficient in Revit
  • Completed B+P Revit Assessment
  • Advanced knowledge in council documentation and submission processes
  • Advanced proficiency in technical detailing and construction documents
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering excellent client service
