Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Warehouse Stock Management Supervisor to join our team at Sandi Crowther Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage stock levels by consolidating weekly shipments and coordinating with freight partners to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Pull daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports to monitor inventory and make informed decisions.
  • Coordinate with other divisions regarding stock availability, reserves, back orders, and dye-lots.
  • Create codes and categories for incoming stock on the Pastel system.
  • Inspect incoming stock against master samples for quality and accuracy.
  • Prepare weekly reports on incoming stock and back order status.
  • Handle supplier complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee a team of 8 warehouse staff members and provide guidance as needed.

Requirements:
  • Own transport is essential for this role.
  • Previous experience working with the Pastel Inventory system is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success.
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
