Job Title: Take on Accounting Migration Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounting Professional to join our team as an Accounting Migration Specialist. As a key member of our migration team, you will be responsible for assisting new and existing customers with complex integrations and migrations of their financial web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with data migration from previous financial systems onto our financial system
  • Build strong relationships with clients while providing support with queries and concerns
  • Update system training documents to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Deliver system training via Zoom to ensure customers have adequate knowledge of our financial system

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 qualification
  • Accounting qualification (Certificate, Diploma, or Degree)
  • Experience in a financial or accounting position
  • Proficiency in financial software such as Pastel, QuickBooks, or other similar applications
  • Fully bilingual
  • Excellent MS Excel skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and administration skills
