The Wright Recruitment is seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join their team. This role involves providing administrative support to the finance department, including preparing and processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Cash Reconciliation: Reconcile cash books on a daily basis to ensure accuracy.
- Bank Movements and Cash Flow Forecasting: Update daily bank movements and prepare weekly cash flow forecasts to inform business decisions.
- Payment Processing: Prepare and process payments in a timely manner.
- Petty Cash Reconciliation: Reconcile petty cash accounts to ensure accurate recording of expenses.
- Journal Entries and Schedules: Process all required entries and journals, as well as prepare necessary schedules.
- Reconciliations and Investigations: Reconcile company credit cards and fleet cards, investigate material variances, and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving disputes, and handling debt collection.
