**Job Title:** Senior Learnerships Program Manager

**Overview:**

Ctu Career Chatz is a leading provider of skills development programs, and we are seeking an experienced Senior Learnerships Program Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of our learnership and skills development programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution, rollout, and academic compliance of our programs within CTU Training Solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct regular reviews of existing learnership and skills development programs with National Academic Manager (NAM) to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for program enhancements.

* Develop comprehensive class schedules for learnership programs with relevant HOP (Head of Programme) and draft effective roll-out plans to ensure timely program delivery with relevant HOP.

* Provide guidance and support to facilitators and instructors as per signed project SLA (Service Level Agreement), ensuring high-quality teaching and learning experiences for program participants.

* Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to measure program effectiveness and participant progress, analyzing data and providing recommendations for program improvements.

* Oversee the implementation of learnership programs according to regulatory and academic requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

* Establish assessment processes and ensure their alignment with program objectives with HOP, monitoring the assessment and moderation activities for accuracy and consistency.

* Supervise and provide guidance to program staff, including facilitators and administrative personnel, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.

* Ensure excellent service delivery to learners and stakeholders, addressing any concerns or issues related to program delivery promptly and effectively.

* Promote and uphold ethical standards within the learnership programs, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and codes of conduct.

* Create and manage user accounts on relevant learning platforms, ensuring accurate and timely account creation for program participants.

* Manage the creation and assignment of Microsoft Office student accounts, coordinating with IT support to resolve any account-related issues.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

* Minimum requirement is a bachelor's degree in a relevant field; international certification is an advantage.

* At least 5 years of experience directly related to the Assessment and Moderation duties and responsibilities in a Higher Education Institution; experience working with learning management system (LMS) platforms is preferred, including online Assessment Technologies.

* Expertise in assessment, data analysis, and educational outcomes, excellent interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to work with diverse members of the CTU community.

* Demonstrated effective organizational skills and ability to connect to the institutional strategy while displaying attention to detail, ability to synthesize and analyze quantitative and qualitative data, and prepare and present reports effectively.

* Knowledge of national, and specialized post-school accreditation standards, practices, and goals, knowledge of institutional self-assessments and student outcomes assessment principles, methods, and techniques.

* Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.

* Knowledge and understanding of integrated program assessment planning, development, and administration within a higher education institution, ability to plan, create, program, and manage statistical computer databases across multiple hardware and operating system platforms/environments.

* Written communication skills, knowledge of Teaching and Learning systems, definitions, and procedures, technical leadership, supervisory skills, and the ability to motivate staff productivity and performance.

* Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions, ethical professional behavior, deadline-driven.
