Project Business Development Specialist

Switch Recruit is seeking a talented and experienced Project Business Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in handling projects dealing with HLOOG cargo operations from an operations and commercial perspective.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that drive project business across Africa. Your focus will be on developing new business opportunities in Oil and Gas, Mining, and Energy sectors.
You will work closely with our RSA Exco team to ensure excellent execution of project logistics. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with various departments to procure transport and ocean freight rates for both import and export cargo.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will be expected to provide regular reporting on business unit EBIT results. If you have a strong background in managing complex projects and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this challenging role.
