We are seeking a skilled RF Field Technician to join our team at RareCruit. As an RF Field Technician, you will be responsible for performing communication system health checks, fault finding and troubleshooting, and installation and configuration of various communication-related products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular health checks on communication systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Identify and troubleshoot faults in communication systems, including radio equipment, antennas, RF cables, power supplies, network switches, routers, VOIP devices, and fibre systems.
  • Install and configure communication-related products, including radio equipment, antennas, RF cables, power supplies, network switches, routers, VOIP devices, and fibre systems.
Candidate Requirements:
  • RF/Electronics qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Professional license(s) required.
  • Proficiency in general PC literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good understanding of DC and AC circuits.
  • Skilled to work with general power tools.
  • Ability to travel up to 70% of the time to remote sites.
