This role is responsible for providing seamless operations for the MS Cloud & Software team by processing orders on time, assisting resellers with pre and post sales assistance, and working with the business admin team to ensure that onboarding processes are up to date and complete.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in an operations and/or support environment, with 2+ years of managing an operations environment. A technical qualification is an advantage.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining operational processes driving faster turnaround times and promoting ease of doing business with Rectron. You will also be a knowledgeable person at Rectron regarding Rectron BSS and the RCT Cloud Portal, keeping the portal up to date with products, product listings, and assisting the product management teams to onboard solutions to the portal as needed or to improve customer experience.

You will deliver value to the business through the provision of reports and insights to the business, ensuring team knowledge on MS licensing & ordering processes, team meets all set metrics on support and operations, and team remains on track with all training requirements.
