Strategic Portfolio Growth Manager

We are seeking a Strategic Portfolio Growth Manager who will optimize profit and economic value for key account clients. Your focus will be on:
- Origination efforts to acquire new clients;
- Cross-selling to existing client base;
- Coverage efforts to service clients in accordance to the segment CVP.
Drive Financial Targets: You will maintain primary ownership of a portfolio of key account clients, differentiated by the level of complexity of the client base.
Relationship and Service Management: Actively develop strong client relationships, conduct regular client visits, and initiate changes to products by providing input into product development to better serve clients.
Manage Risk Assessment: Adhere to bank policies and procedures and ensure compliance. Take ultimate ownership of the portfolio's risk management by ensuring a good understanding of both the Bank's and the clients' regulatory and compliance environments.
Collaboration: Constantly seek to improve ways of working by challenging the status quo and supporting an empowering climate within the team, sharing knowledge, experience, best practice, and providing constructive feedback as required.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies and relevant professional qualifications.
