The Job: We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Groundskeeper and Equipment Operator at our Goodwood Racecourse. As a member of our Racecourse Grounds team, you will be responsible for the maintenance of our racing surface and lawns.

Your Key Responsibilities: Your main duties will include irrigation, tractor work, mowing, and strimming. You will also be involved in other aspects of grounds maintenance, such as lawncare and gardening.

What We Are Looking For: To succeed in this role, you will need experience working in a similar environment and training on a range of grounds care equipment and tractors. Racing knowledge or experience is advantageous but not essential. You must also have your own reliable transport due to the rural location of our Goodwood Racecourse.
