Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agronomist to join our team at NEOC Group Pty Ltd. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling plant nutrition solutions to farmers in the Mokopane area.

The ideal candidate will have a Matric qualification and/or BSC Agric degree, preferably with experience in the agricultural inputs industry. You will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, as well as strong presentation and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with client/farmers and grow a new or established territory of clients.
  • Achieve targets set out by management and outline and achieve distribution and growth objectives/sales goals.
