Corporate Lawyer

A highly skilled corporate lawyer is required to join our team, focusing on debt recovery and optimization of recovery processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Legal field, preferably with experience in the Debt Collection Services sector.

This role involves leading a team, providing exceptional service to clients, and collaborating with external resources to drive success. Key responsibilities include reviewing and checking Summonses and Judgments processed for accuracy, ensuring timely dispatch of Summonses to Court, Sheriff, and correspondent Attorneys, and maintaining high company standards for legal processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving daily, weekly, monthly, and annual targets, effectively managing the team to ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.

• Admitted as an Attorney and/or Advocate.
• 3 to 5 years' experience in the Legal field, preferably with experience in the Debt Collection Services sector.
• Excellent communication skills.
