**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Act as our ambassador in the market, maintaining professionalism, responsibility, kindness, and responsiveness towards all stakeholders.
  • Maintain and enhance existing stakeholder relationships, focusing on tenant relationships and retention.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of a portfolio of commercial properties.
  • Provide swift response and exceptional customer service to tenant concerns, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess property conditions, ensure optimal maintenance, and manage vendors and staff as needed.
  • Update CRM software with respect to property management administration.
  • Manage risks and report to the executive team regarding lease agreements, expirations, renewals, and rate increases.
  • Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and rent collection processes.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to achieve high retention rates and onboard new tenants as required (this is not a sales role).

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in commercial property management.
  • Prior experience using property software (ideally MRI) is necessary.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to build and maintain relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-centric attitude.
  • Knowledge of FICA regulations and document collection processes.
