A key aspect of this position is to identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and effectiveness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain quality management systems, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the automotive or industrial sector
  • Proven expertise in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong understanding of quality control principles and practices
  • Familiarity with customer-facing portals and basic computer literacy
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Estimated Salary: R250,000 - R350,000 per annum
