Key Responsibilities:Job Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in tech recruitment, with a strong track record in recruiting senior engineering roles.
  • Proven success in global, fast-paced environments, particularly within financial services, big tech, or consulting industries.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with and influence senior leadership.
  • Expertise in identifying and sourcing senior tech talent using data-driven insights and cutting-edge sourcing tools.
  • A creative, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for finding and engaging top-tier talent.
  • Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple recruitment projects while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Experience working with international markets and a comprehensive understanding of global tech landscapes.
