About the Role

The Financial Manager Assistant/2IC will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial data and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices and expenses.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
  • Monitor and control cash flow, ensuring sufficient funds are available to meet business needs.
  • Develop and implement efficient financial processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • MATRIC + Valid and completed Qualifications – Completed SAIPA/SAICA Articles.
  • XERO is essential, Excel advanced and exposure to Tour plan.
  • 1-2 years' experience – post articles – Travel/Tourism Industry.
  • Afrikaans and English fluent.
