Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing and Sales Strategy: Coordinate and manage the implementation of the marketing and sales strategy to drive business growth.
2. Enquiry Management: Coordinate and manage the enquiry management system with the sales team to convert leads into sales.
3. Event Management: Coordinate and manage various events to generate exposure and drive business growth.
4. Financial Management: Manage the financial targets, monthly income and expenditure, and budget control to ensure the institution's financial stability.
5. Quality Control: Manage and monitor all audits, quality control, and debtors management to ensure the institution's compliance and quality standards.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must have a BCom degree and 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
