Job Overview

As Dialler Manager, you will play a critical role in driving performance and efficiency within our high-volume outbound call centre environment. You will be responsible for managing and optimising the dialler system to achieve maximum agent productivity and campaign performance.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve dialler system efficiency, including monitoring and analysing call centre data.
  • Collaborate with the call centre team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to achieve optimal results.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dialler systems and outbound call centre operations, including dialling regulations and compliance requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in dialler systems such as Aspect, Five9, or similar platforms.
