  • Monitor and benchmark industry risk exposure and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide expert insights for policy development and front-line supervision.
  • Develop analytical methods for risk-based data submissions.
  • Engage with institutions on capital adequacy assessments and thematic risk reviews.
  • Participate in developing and maintaining statutory regulations for risk types.
  • Represent the division in domestic and international regulatory forums.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Education: Postgraduate degree in Banking, Data Science, Finance, Financial Engineering, Statistics, or a similar field.
  • Experience: 5-8 years in risk management within banking, insurance, or financial regulatory sectors.
  • Skills & Knowledge:
    • In-depth knowledge of local/global markets, financial risk management, and regulatory frameworks.
    • Familiarity with trading, investment, and risk management systems.
    • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and programming (Python or R).
  • Advantageous Certifications: CFA, FRM, PRM, or CQF.

This role is ideal for someone with a strategic mind and a strong understanding of financial markets.
