Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with Higher Education & Training and American Heart Association standards by implementing effective learning strategies and assessments.
- Design and evaluate learning materials and interventions to meet the needs of our students.
- Facilitate the learning process, including theoretical and clinical facilitation, to promote student engagement and understanding.
- Coordinate and administer student-related processes to ensure seamless integration into our training environment.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing, along with a postgraduate qualification in Nursing Education or Peri-operative Nursing.
- At least 1 year of experience in a training capacity, with a strong understanding of instructional design principles.
- Demonstrated expertise in compilation procedures, nursing standard operating procedures, and computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
