The Debtors Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our Financial Manager in managing our debtors' function. This involves ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in all aspects of billing and collections.

\

Key responsibilities will include:

\
  • Internal Operations**: Oversee the internal operations of the debtors' function, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures;
  • Admissions**: Work closely with the Admissions team to review prospective customers, verify their credentials, and set up customer accounts on our accounting systems;
  • Debtors & Receipts**: Monitor debtors' accounts, identify potential issues, and take corrective action to prevent bad debt;
  • Internal Systems, Processes, Policies & Procedures**: Collaborate with the FM to design, develop, and implement efficient internal systems, processes, policies, and procedures (including automation of processes) in relation to billing & collections;
  • Invoicing**: Prepare and issue accurate, complete, and timely invoices to customers;
  • Parent Relationship Management**: Foster strong relationships with customers, encouraging timely payments and resolving any disputes or issues related to invoicing or payments.
\Benefits\

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary, dependent upon their experience and qualifications. A total cost-to-company between R25,000 – 35,000 per month will be offered.
