Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Proven technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including product and installation expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with VRF, Splits, and other HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and commissioning.
  • Ability to analyze technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with contractors, installers, and customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Knowledge of electrical components and their functioning, including the ability to identify and rectify technical issues.
  • Ability to train contractors and installers on product installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong reporting and documentation skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Diploma in Engineering, preferably in a relevant field such as HVAC or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of post-sales experience in a similar role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including product and installation expertise.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with contractors, installers, and customers.
