Job Description

Agronomist (Potch)

As an Agronomist with Omnia, you will provide professional fertilization and agronomic advice to farming enterprises. You will also provide strategic support to Omnia representatives/agents and work closely with Omnia Regional Management to be an integral part of the Omnia Marketing model.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of fertilizer and chemical products, with a focus on fertilization recommendations. Excellent language skills, presentation skills, computer literacy, and interest in a dynamic marketing environment are essential. A good grasp of client needs and adding value concepts is also required.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (Major in Agronomy and/or Soil Science) or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in Agronomy
Competencies
  • Fertilizer and chemical product knowledge
  • Excellent language skills (verbal and written)
  • Presentation skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Interest in a dynamic marketing environment
  • Good grasp of client needs and adding value concepts
Compensation and Benefits
