Sales and Business Development Specialist

At BGA Recruitment, we are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Sales and Business Development Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Sales and Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry or wholesale sector. They will also possess excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
In this role, you will:
- Maintain relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and drive business growth.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
