Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead our finance team and drive financial strategy. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of international finance, and a proven track record in financial planning and analysis, risk management, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and growth plans. Provide strategic guidance to the executive team and contribute to key business decisions.
  2. Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes. Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial outcomes.
  3. Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to protect the company's assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
  4. Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Manage compliance with international accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Oversee internal and external audits.
  5. Team Management: Lead and mentor a global finance team. Foster a collaborative environment and promote professional development. Ensure the team's alignment with the company's goals and values.
  6. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance financial processes and systems. Implement best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
  2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position within a global industry.
  3. Strong understanding of international finance, accounting principles, and regulatory environments.
  4. Proven experience in strategic financial planning, risk management, and operational excellence.
  5. Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and adapt to changing priorities.
