Proposal Specialist

As a Proposal Specialist at The Recruitment Council, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's growth objectives by developing high-quality proposal materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with business development and investment teams to create RFPs, DDQs, capability documents, and presentations.
• Maintain a solid understanding of the company's systems, teams, products, and processes to create accurate proposal content.
• Oversee the internal review process to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards.
• Stay informed of JSE compliance requirements and ensure all submissions meet regulatory guidelines.
• Assist the Compliance Officer with compliance-related matters.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry, specifically in a technical support or proposal development role.
• A strong interest in financial markets and investment products across asset classes.
• Excellent project management and writing skills.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
