Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join Oxyon Human Capital Solutions as an Electrical Project Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of electrical engineers and technicians to design, install, and commission electrical systems.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may arise.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure ongoing business opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in electrical project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-voltage electrical infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Project.

Estimated Salary:

R1,200,000 - R1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience.
