Job Details

We are seeking a qualified Dispensary Assistant to join our pharmacy team at Clicks Northridge Mall. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our dispensary.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy services, including script administration and patient profile management. You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Administer scripts and perform other claiming/capturing related procedures.
  2. Manage patient profiles accurately and efficiently.
  3. Interact with customers in a professional manner, maintaining confidentiality and meeting agreed timelines.
  4. Collaborate with healthcare professionals as needed to ensure seamless patient care.
  5. Solve problems and follow up on queries in a timely and efficient manner.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in pharmacy services.
  • Further Education and Training Certificate in Pharmacist Assistance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
